finally got some time to answer this post
reply to the topics "is that really usefull??"
my answer is yes
but first u have to define to use of a film scanner
film scanner is just like a photocopy machine
just copy data into a digtial file
we all know one rule - photocopy is not a 100% copying
we won';t take a potocopy doc compare with a master copy
the test that the article is doing is no meaning
one more thing
the article mainpoint is to tell people that scaning a film will not be better than a digital photo
as the tec. keep going, we will get a digital photo which can get more color depth/ dynamic range /less
gian  even bigger pixels

but not now
still
i took film because it  gives a better color tone than digital
& the size is enough for me
what i';m concern is color tone more than the  5.5 microns
so is is that really usefull??
